In this step, you need to provide information about the customer if you have not previously registered and the address where the package needs to be delivered. If the delivery address is different, please inform us or state the exact address to which the parquet will be delivered. In case of incorrectly entered data, your shipment may be returned and delivery may be slower.

By payment slip (in advance) – You can make the payment at any post office or bank in the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The total value to be paid contains the value of the ordered products without delivery costs. After receiving the payment report, the order is processed, and you will receive an example of a payment slip with the data that you should copy to the original payment slip after we confirm the order details.

General terms of purchase

When you visit the site and every time you make your purchase, it is assumed that you are familiar with and accept the terms of use listed below. Please read them carefully.

In order to process your order, you need to provide us with your name, address, e-mail, contact phone. With the help of this information, we will be able to deliver products to inform you about the status of your order. All your customer data is strictly kept, available only to employees who process your order.


The Perfume Atelier does not guarantee the delivery of an incorrect order. Refund or replacement of the product only in case we sent you a product that you did not order. We accept complaints within 24 hours from the day of receipt of the shipment. In case of a complaint, the buyer is obliged to return the shipment to The Perfume Atelier at his own expense or to bring it in person to the studio, if such a complaint has been previously agreed.
